This is a set of 12 pieces intended to be a supplement to your existing pieces, or simply for collection and display. You can substitute any of these pieces for a non-pawn character of your choice to customize your chess set.

Best of all, they have been designed specifically to be stored away in the built-in chess board compartments on the side of the Lord of the Rings Collector's Chess Set!

. All pieces are made of fine pewter and are meticulously crafted miniature sculptures that measure between 2 and 2 1/2 inches tall. Hero pieces have a green ring around the bottom and villain pieces have a purple ring around the bottom.

The hero pieces in this set are: Eowyn, Legolas, Treebeard, Ent, King Theoden, and Gimli. The villain pieces in this set are: 2 different Nazgul on Dragon pieces, Gollum, Smeagol, Wormtongue, and Barad-Dur. Great collector's items, these chess pieces will be treasured for generations.
